does anyone know this song?

I have searched everywhere for the title/artist of the following song: (I'm sorry if I don't have all the lyrics correct)
"with just one touch of her body....she could drive this old heart wild...and if I leave this world tomorrow....don't cry for me with sorrow....for I'm a lucky man, cause I've had the chance - to spend one night with you".....I heard this on the radio - I know it's old...but (as usual) they didn't say the title or artist...such a pretty song. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Thanks Cowboy! I believe it may be as old as 10 years? I know it's a group - sounds a little like Alabama - but I've checked all their CDs - and can't find it....

I know the group is Diamond Rio. It is an old song and may be called "To spend one night with you" or "Lucky Man"

Glad to do it... =) I know when I can't find the lyrics to a song it drives me absolutely CRAZY! (And then there's the little side effect of having that song stuck in your head, well, a line or two of it anyway.)
