TRYING TO LOCATE A SONG AND MALE ARTIST FROM AROUND THE MID 70s WHO HAD A HIT ON THE CHARTS....ONE LINE IN THE SONG IS ALL I KNOW...

"TAKE YOUR GOWN DOWN FROM THE CLOSET, PUT IT ON THAT IS WHY I BOUGHT IT...."

I BELIEVE THE COUPLE WAS BREAKING UP OR SOMETHING TO THAT AFFECT....THIS ARTIST TOURED IN OKLAHOMA AROUND 1976 -78....

SOMEONE CAME UP WITH THE NAME....DAVID WILLS, BUT CANNOT FIND ANY INFO ON HIM AND IT DOES NOT RING A BELL
