I know there are alot of Christian Country fans out there that would like to know where to find certain artist' CD's etc. I'm talking about the ones you don't find on the shelf at Wal-mart. I am a CC artist and a top 10
finalist for CCMA's " New Artist of The Year "2003 and have had two top 40 singles last year but can't seem to find the right combination for selling my product. That not only hurts me but folks wanting to get my songs, haven't a clue where to go. It seems that mainstream country artist can cross over, have a hit and sell a million, then go back and leave us full-time CC artist to starve in a field of music that we dedicate ourselves to. Why is it their concerts are large sold out events and ours are small to med. at the best. Are they bringing their Mainstream fans into the realm of Christian Country for a short period and then out again giving us a false sense of the size of our fanbase? I guess I'm drifting off........
please any input would be appreciated
