Alright it's a great country song by a male singer who SOUNDS LIKE but I don't think IS Paul Brandt.
The lyrics that I know are.....
"You set my heart on fire girl, my head is spinning like a tilta-wirl, something something something Angels sing, Our love's the real thing"
The Angels sing part might be off.
If anyone has any ideas what this might be, or can just tell me some artists who sound like Paul Brandt, it would be appreciated.
Thanks |

Not sure if it's the one you are looking for but there was a song from Collin Raye in the early 90's that mentioned a tilt-a-whirl. Here's a few of the lyrics. Hope it helps.
My Kind Of Girl
When I saw you buying cosmo and a hot rod magazine,
I said to myself now there's a girl for me.
And when I asked you to go for a ride.
you stole my heart when you said "If I can drive."
I said "how 'bout some music?"
you said "got any Merle?"
That's when I knew you were my kind of girl.
And when we started talking I could not believe my ears
you said you were a Braves fan even through the rotten years
You quoted William Faulkner and Martin Luther King
you said your favorite movie star would always be James Dean
And when we went to dinner you wore blue jeans with your pearls
that's when I knew you were my kind of girl.
You march to the beat of a different drum
the funny thing is I hear the same one
we both like to color outside of the lines
we're peas in a pod, girl we're two of a kind.
You set my head a spinnin' just like a tilt-a-whirl
that's when I knew you were my kind of girl. |

| Nope not that one, but that is the only other song that has tilta-wirl in it. |
